কালনা :- কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্কৃতি মন্ত্রকের ‘স্কলারশিপ টু ইয়াং আর্টিস্ট ২০২২-২৩’ প্রকল্পে রাগপ্রধান গানে নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন পূর্ব বর্ধমানের কালনার লক্ষণপাড়ার ঋত্ত্বিকা মন্ডল। সারা ভারত থেকে মাত্র পাঁচজন এই স্কলারশিপের জন্য নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন, যার মধ্যে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ থেকে দু’জন। পরশুদিন ঋত্ত্বিকার হাতে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের তরফে স্বীকৃতি চিঠি এসে পৌঁছেছে।
ঋত্ত্বিকা ছোটবেলা থেকেই সংগীতের সঙ্গে যুক্ত। দাদু রাধাশ্যাম মন্ডলের কাছে প্রথম সংগীত শিক্ষা শুরু। বাবা-মায়ের উৎসাহে সংগীতকে জীবনের লক্ষ্য করেই এগিয়ে চলেছেন তিনি। সারা ভারত সংগীত প্রতিযোগিতা, প্রয়াগ সংগীত সমিতি, রাজ্য সংগীত একাডেমি সহ বহু জায়গা থেকে পুরস্কার পেয়েছেন।
২০২৪ সালের ১৪ নভেম্বর এই স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন পরীক্ষা হয়। এর আগেও ১০-১৪ বছর বয়সে CCRT জুনিয়র স্কলারশিপের জন্য মনোনীত হয়েছিলেন তিনি।
ঋত্ত্বিকার বাবা রঘুনাথ মন্ডল জানান, “মাধ্যমিকে ভালো ফল করার পরেও মেয়ের ইচ্ছেমতো আর্টসে ভর্তি করিয়ে সংগীতচর্চার সুযোগ দিয়েছি। আজ জাতীয় স্তরে মেয়ের এই সাফল্যে আমরা গর্বিত।” ভবিষ্যতে সংগীত নিয়ে গবেষণা করার ইচ্ছা আছে ঋত্তিকার।
